I have been listening to Moneytalk on KSDO at 7:00pm PST. Since it is delayed, you can't call in, but it has been a great time to listen uninterrupted. This weekend they seemed to have changed the schedule a bit. Can't really figure it out. Congestion on the net in the evening. The posted schedule showed only one hour during the day.

Anyone know anything about this station's plans?

Don. Maybe I should take the heat for posting the first complaint?

Interesting info on KGO. I am unsure what you mean by "Network". Could you please explain? I know they carry Dr Udel (medical) and Dr Laura (relationships) but maybe these are "syndicated" rather than "network"?

Rumor has it that KGO might be losing the 49ers to another station. If this is true and they were to lose both the 49ers and Moneytalk, I know myself and my father would have no use for KGO after decades of listening. I also know many that listen to Moneytalk and The Brink got a great reception from them when he visited San Jose so the audience must be reasonable.

In this new world of customer service, are you suggesting we allow KGO to treat us as the IRS does? I prefer no service to bad service and feel people that put up with less deserve what they get.

best regards
Kirk out

Don:

While I understand that the possible scenario that you raise could come true, I find it amazing that a station like KGO would simply let go off "Moneytalk" just like that!

Obviously they realize that the program is very, very popular among Bay Area listeners. Isn't that the reason why they are cramming it with more commercials than possible? I just wanted to let them know that if they carry it too far, they might end up killing the goose that lays the golden eggs!
