Hi Eugene [so your saying that those shares arent being retired] Yes that's what I am implying (at least some of them) although the company was somewhat vague about it in their press release. As I understood it, they said that some of the shares "may" be used to offset future employee incentive programs or something to that effect (ie, stock options). In any case it would still be supportive of price as these shares were going to be created anyway. You've got a good point though, it's worth rereading the press release. Just trying to read between the lines -let's hope I'm wrong. Schmedley
