Hi, Duncan!!

I had not heard about Sam Dash. That is very interesting, and I wish that the prosecutor's office would get the news out. The president's approval ratings are up yet again, and it looks like most Americans are not looking beyond the White House smear campaign on Starr. it seems like a lot of people just absorb one reassuring sound bite a week and don't much want to hear disturbing news that contradicts it. Sorry for my cynicism!!!

I had asked before, and don't think the question was answered--is there ANY legal strategy that Ginsburg could be following that could in the end show him to be very clever, instead of totally out of his league? He is taking his case to court to enforce what he sees as a firm agreement for immunity for Monica.

Christine

Remember, Newsweek said the NYT's Currie story did not come from the IC side - but that crucial detail has not been widely disseminated.

I'd say publication in Newsweek counts as pretty wide dissemination.
