Thanks for posting the numbers on units "sold" to Olympus.

Based on what you've stated it appears to me that my theory may turn out to be correct. The auditors are probably forcing Accumed to restate this sale. These goods are being "returned" and will have to be resold.

I don't see any way around this, considering that the deal with Olympus is terminated.

When I spoke to a company rep., on the day after the resignation, I mentioned the Olympus inventory issue. Her response was, and I paraphrase here, "this has become or is a problem for us". Draw your own conclusions.

So maybe things have changed since you spoke to L.P. Additionally, the auditors wouldn't have been there at that time either.

I rest my case.

Still holding too! Waiting for the storm to pass, and the sun to shine!

By the way I'd love to here some other theories on the resignation, if anyone has something plausible.
