I'll vote for a breakfast of morels and scrambled eggs. What a flavor! Never get them now as living in So Cal, but they were huge near Omaha when we lived there. Some were about 6 inches in height by 3 inches diameter. Each region has it's special gift. In Maryland it was the blue crab. Here in So Cal, we used to get abalone at low tide, but that's all history now.
