thanks for the clarification-- what i am looking for and i am bullish is a transition away from low margin sales into the new product line with 50% plus on the gross margin side, also looking for mature and responsible comments from gorman who acted like a cheerleader on the last call, i do not expect this from any cfo. god willing we will all be happy with the results and extremely pleased that we were willing to buy up prior to confirmation.

Since things are a little slow...

I thought I'd bring up a few issue/questions. From what I remember from past conference calls over the past year or two, Par always would not make comment about earnings expectations for the upcoming quarter. The last quarter, though, I recall that news was released before the earnings report date stating that earnings were to be lower than expected. I'd like to think that since we didn't have one of these "pre-announcements" with negative news up to this point that this can be taken as a positive sign for 3/5.

Does anyone know why they had the change of heart last time about a prerelease when they had been relatively adamant about not doing so in the past?

I'd love some good news pre-earnings; this coupled with expected earnings or above would really help the momentum.

Does anyone in the industry know the timeframe it takes to test something like the Gigamux? At NASA? At Brooks Fiber?
