My guess is we are going higher...I noticed two block buys of 7500 and 6000 shs at 7/8 just before halt. I think the skiddish will be selling on the resume if there is no further discussions on the purchase. I think it is a hold until we hear more on the puchase and earnings. It is getting ready to open again. Sparky

Please tell me this morning's announcement WAS NOT a surprise to anyone on these boards? This news was expected by virtually everyone following the deal closely...which is why the DBCO and ECO stocks haven't moved much on large volumes. Perhaps more clearly stated, there have been leaks built into the DBCO activity for nearly two weeks...so we probably won't see any large changes in the ECO or DBCO price until the final terms are announced. With the financial post report of ECO paying $5 million last week...those good faith payments were obviously being made to "lock-up" up DBCO in exclusive negotiations. It's certainly nice to have confirmation of such payments and an idea as to the possible structure of such infusions....and the timeline to make a decision. The first $5 million is for straight stock. The next $25 million is treated as a Note, probably with a conversion feature into equity. It's time to watch the ticker very closely between now and Thursday. Having fun, Duncan
