THE only real positive thing you can attribute to clinton is that he kept his hands off the economic helm. Present course and results were charted a lot more than six years ago. Greenspan and FRB (and most likely you) have a lot more to do with your financial status than clinton. Boy, talk about transference.

Comparing what MSFT does in an economic environment to what clinton does in public office doesn't hold. You disparage my company (shareholder BT) by even hinting that a comparison can exit.

PS. I hope your kids make you proud when they are your age.

<I don't care if Clinton sleeps with ....> Wise economic policy doesn't offset lack of ethics. Hitler gave Germany a booming economy, making most people better off than they were in the 30's, but look at the price they paid later for overlooking his ethics. I'm not trying to tie Clinton to Hitler. I'm trying to point out how important ethics are in our leaders and how we'll pay a much greater price if we ignore ethics when choosing leaders. Just my thoughts, PW.

P.S. Any White House occupant today COULD enjoy harvesting the prosperity planted during the Regan years. An ethical occupant would not claim credit for himself. Perhaps we'll see the DOJ taking credit for the strength of the software industry in the 21st century.
