Do not forget that all we've seen and heard are leaks. We don't know all the evidence he's amassed to this point or how damning to the president it may turn out to be.

What makes you think he hasn't? Now Janice, you wouldn't be suggesting that Ken Starr unnecessarily prolong his investigation? Remember he had this dumped in his lap on Jan. 12...less than a month. One of the criticisms I hear is that he's dragging this out!! He is under extreme pressure to present his case. He may very well have all the corroborating evidence necessary to make a perjury case against Lewinsky if she lies during the grand jury testimony. Then again, she can always plead the 5th.......
