To compare Cuba with the situation in Ukraine is to compare apples to oranges. It’s not the same, but in some ways very similar. A modern missile from Cuba could hit the U.S. in a matter of minutes. Back in 1963 missiles were slower, but we didn’t have such good defenses. >>> To believe NATO would invade Russia is absurd<< Then, why do they keep encircling Russia tighter every chance they have? An army is an army. They’re never purely defensive — always “dual purpose”. Anyway, the Russians don’t think that being worried about NATO is “absurd” Many think that nato is a tool, serving the “One World” idea. Their behavior seems to be in favor of that.

To believe NATO would invade Russia is absurd. ....absolutely What they are afraid of is what I wrote earlier, an Army would be put in their way to defend those nations, which means they are screwed in regard to more conquest of land and resources. That upsets them. ...yes...................can you imagine if Belarus had a fair election and Putin did not have a puppet on his flank..........NATO within 250 miles of Moscow?........the HORROR! theconversation.com ...maybe we get lucky and Putin dies naturally....he doesn't look right.............or maybe he mysteriously wakes up dead one morning......I guess that could mean several things
