Netflix yesterday on password sharing pressuring revenues:

The company blamed password sharing among its members and increased streaming competition for pressuring revenue growth. Netflix estimated that besides its almost 222 million paying households, the service is being shared with an additional 100 million homes including 30 million in the U.S. and Canada.

With mortgage rate at 5%+, up from 3%-ish, and the market moving up still, it’s only a matter of time before prices respond. Real Estate appears to be the asset of choice for corporations hedging against inflation, and these are cash buyers. As of right now, there is no indication of a drop any time soon. Demand stays high.
