If you do rent to farmers, make sure you get soil sample reports and copies of receipts and better, actual proof that fertilizer is going on your field. I'm still trying to play catch-up because the guys haying these fields were lying about fertilizing each year before I took over. My potash is going to take years to recover. I have everything else about right after the last few years.
