Reading all that shows the paucity of what passes for thinking in the USA. It's runaway Groupthink. Strangely, the Americans really do think they are the Good Guys and that Russia and Putin are the evil-doers. They take their own propaganda seriously. Their thinking is simpleton simplistic. They really can't see the absurdity of them establishing a red line in Solomon islands when they scoff at Putin's red line right there in Crimea, and Eastern Ukraine. It's frightening how crazed they are. It's not as though they are a bit off key or doing something just a bit faulty as is unavoidable when puzzles are unclear and actions to take are uncertain. My hopes now depend on Russia doing careful atomic bomb escalations to demonstrate that the eastern Ukraine conflict is not just a turkey shoot for Americans to try out and demonstrate their latest clever tank and people killing gadgets while whooping with delight at each Russian soldier or wedding party blasted to smithereens while Americans gloat with sadistic glee between episodes of Amber and Johnny Depp, Will Smith and Jada having sex on the red table.
