broccoli is a wonder food ... YY farms in Fife, WA in the early 80's, in 12 minutes we could daily load half the
trunk of a Chevy Nova with vegies freshly picked hours before arriving at the outdoor 3,000 square
foot farm stand ...

broccoli nearly every day with sushi rice with other lunch items ..
. broccoli topped with tamari and freshly grated romano or reggiano parmesan ... man that is livin' ...

one of my lifetime engineering buds & wife would pick up from the fishing boat
docked at Johnny's Dock in Tacoma a whole tuna, stuff it and grill it slowly,

then pair that with 4 different vegies + salad greens
he and I usually found room for up to 3 or 4 corn on the cobs picked at YY hours before

we added it to the grill in the final stage of the Tuna slow cook
broccoli, freshly picked, is amazing ... probably my most fav of all tastes

some life experiences are simply so basic, there is nothing that can be said ... LoL

YY always had difficulty getting their acres of Raspberry bushes harvested completely ... the
owners asked us each day to go harvest as much as we want, and take it home without
even returning to the farm stand ... man!

Pecorino Romano is a hard, salty Italian cheese, often used for grating,
made with sheep's milk. The name "pecorino" simply means "ovine" or "of sheep"
