I'm buying piecemeal. I think this stock needs a larger audience. If the new/additional PR firm can accomplish that, much will be forgiven. They don't need hype, just the facts.

For under $4 you get (what $1.40 cash?) & $.50 earnings with pretty strong growth potential!
