The recent "weakness" was not brought about by oversupply of VVUS stock. The opposite occurred: For 3 days, some BUYER sat on the bid, taking all stock offered and kept price stuck at $15 or a hair above. When this buyer became satiated, the stock promptly fell 10% when no other buyers were willing to step up and pay $15.

If it was oversupply that held the stock down to $15, it would have gone up after that selling was finished--not down.

I guess it is a good sign that somebody was willing to pay $15--I just hope it wasn't the company buying back shares--sitting on the bid at $15 for 3 days is about what I would expect out of this management--I really doubt any mutual or pension fund mgr. would be that dumb.

- I saw the same 13G filing.

- Looks like Ardsley Partners, a +5% holder, unloaded 100% of their shares.

- I'm not surprised. VVUS is way undervalued. Some who have been holding; get tired; and dump their shares. I'm upset that Ardsley unloaded their position. But I'm glad the stock price maintained its value. And this huge seller is now out of the way.

Out.
