Dale, good note. This is one of the options that JMAR was mulling over I think. The possibility of changing the conditions of the warrants (strike and call price). I think JMAR will need additional funds far sooner than next year, so this is why I favor warrants over the private placement method. Given that the company would have diluted at $3.40 per share (for the other 2 million shares), with the swiss last fall, is why I favor the warrants. And they apparently shorted to boot. If JMAR raises the strike to $5-6, that would be fine. If they leave it at $4.68, it still beats $3.40 per share. Things should be resolved very shortly as you said.
