Bilberry- Congratulations on your successful campaign. Now I wonder why anybody would buy full priced common stock when there are no risk warrants available at 1/10th the price. Even I am considering dumping my common to gain control of over 10 times as much. For those who already own them an 80% single day appreciation translates into a mighty nice gift from Martinez. Judging from the press release I think Martinez makes it abundantly clear that he is extending the warrants out of consideration for those who hold them and not because it is in the best interests of the company.
