Dale, I don't agree. The common is a steal here, and the warrant is also a good value. Looking at today's action, it looks like people liked the common stock too. JMAR was up, which was opposite what the doomsayers said the stock would do on warrant extension. Also remember that many people had losses on the warrants, and were merely recouping their losses. There are some I am sure that made profits too.

If this were just for warrant holders, they would have added 2-3 years immediately to the warrants and be done with it. They instead decided to look at where in the "best interests of the company" it would be to change the warrants, if any changes are needed. Within the 60 days we should know how they want to use the warrants to raise money for the company.

By the way, do you prefer private placements to raising money with warrants? Don't forget the past.....
