I mostly buy from Amazon because not only can I return all defective products, Amazon will come to wherever I am living and pick up the defective product for free since I do not own a printer to print the return receipt.

I don't abuse this privilege. I have only used this less than a handful of times over the years, most recently, with a pair of running shoes that caused some pain in my left foot
