This reminds me a bit of 2000 when the people who crushed it in 1998-1999 kept buying during the summer, then having their accounts slammed in the all. Lesser degree this time, but similar behavior, especially with respect to those who are new to equity investing.

It’s a raid by the banks, not a systemic crisis. Liquidity is plentiful, and none of the Fed actions are able to change that. I think a big bounce is coming. Think about reverse repos as unused QE sitting at the Fed. It can go back into the market whenever they want. Fed blackmail into easiness? They are totally swimming in excess liquidity.
