I'm not a lawyer (thank goodness!), but what are these guys doing, trolling for business? The yahoo article posted implys (states?) that they don't even have a "lead plaintiff" for the suit and asks if anyone is interested in it. Is this ambulance chasing at its best, or what? Sounds like the spam "HOW TO MAKE $1000000000 IN 60 DAYS WITHOUT ANY EFFORT (oh, but we forgot to tell you, you don't get to keep any of it).
