Well, one is filled and it is making a good attack on the second and last.
Not necessary. All that's needed is a corrective retracement such as, 38.2%, 50% or 61.8%, etc( once the short term high is in) and then a rally above the most recent high to confirm a bottom.

Tagging it is sometimes "good enough" especially if they want to leave folks behind but these bears ARE persistent.

Maybe it will settle for 50% with one fully filled and the other close enough...
