If stock is issued at $7/share, the dilution should be less than 3% (someone please check the math). This is insignificant.

I wonder if terms of the previous settlement (and dilution) have been determined. Addi, maybe you can help here. Might this have something to do with today's selling?

I also suspect that spnsf lacks the employees/consultants needed to cover Y2K backorders. The insurance play might have more to do with long-term plans.

Looking at the chart, if stock sells through 6 1/2 I'm expecting to see 5 1/4. I think and hope 6 1/2 will hold, however.
