I thought I did answer the question. The market place is doing it. I have always said "the markets get it right, "eventually". I thought it was in the post. Here's more from a drill rig leasing company. Out of 5 available rigs only three are leased out. Why? "Not enough trained workers." 2 jobs available for every one worker right now. Again, "the market place will get it right, eventually."
