None of them are are that smart .. or if they are they do not realise how things work ... Prez is not supposed to interfere ... right ? it's all BS :) we just need to learn to navigate it.. There is a chap at work that makes my life easier.. he was a manager but the stress was too much .. young guy.. far far far better read than most I work with .. a suitable candidate for these boards and largely .. even for those I disagree with I think lots of smart folks here ... Anyway .. he has a physically challenged son (tough story of pain that did not need to be) and a daughter on the way .. Just bought a house.. told his wife who makes more .. NO we cannot afford that much house.. bought within stable budget.. Locked in 6 years at good rate .. workwise both their futures are upward.. He navigates well.. I speak with him often on mortgage tricks financial stuff.... NOT market.. Nice to give guidance from experience and errors I made.. Note I AM NOT a politician and could never qualify as such :) Thanks be to G-D
