This needs to be triple recommended:

(1) Your advice on food and healthy life
(2) Your sage words that should appear in a SI profile, "Just make the next year happy .. Then you won't care about the last ten"
And (3) "Snow is life ," Which I wholeheartedly agree with ;)

Love this post, saving it. Your timing is perfect… yesterday had a cardiologist appt. I knew I was going into SVT a lot, but didn’t think it was serious. Yesterday was with my electrophysiologist, and he had my pacemaker readout, which showed a lot of pretty long spells ( one was 8 minutes). So no back surgery till it’s fixed, and a catheter ablation if the beta blockers don’t work. I was in a serious funk yesterday but reading this helps me put it in perspective. It could be much worse, and I’m a thousand times better than I was a year ago. Doing all you suggested- helping my body be in the best condition is my absolute #1 goal right now, but there are times I get down. It didn’t take long after hearing the news out of Texas for me to remember how blessed I am, and now reading this feeling so determined to just do whatever it takes to beat all this. I’m super lucky to have a friend on here who has some of the exact same dx as me, and he is my super hero in how he has battled it and doesn’t let it slow him down. I’m just competitive enough to go ‘well if dude can do this I can do it better, right?’ Lol, I’m kidding but I know he’d love nothing better for me. I may be hobbled for a little bit, but at least I can sit on my tail and make money… actually lately it’s been lay on my back, but whatever it takes, right? Again, thank you for such a sweet and uplifting post! It means a lot.

Best,

k
