Come now drakes. You are approaching this thing as a personal issue of some kind. It is ok to be wrong. Of course an endorsement is just that but the thing you forget is that this fellow has direct access to the companies he works with and he knows what they budget monies for and the like. He did include a few sentences which go a long way towards explaining the lackluster performance so far. It could turn out that he is wrong but seriously now you would not go as far as disregarding his opinion, would you? You have done well so far. Chances are that you were wrong about the need for BT.
