Hello Mr Metals; This is becoming to be more fun then a barrel of monkeys.....make money by day and shoot vermin at night?? Here is a post from SH this evening, Environment issues are the No. 1 priority as far as the New (Green) Venezuelan core mining plan for future is concerned. This new initiative and ideology will start in Km. 88. KRY/MEAL will be the "pathfinders" and "innovators" off an overall (green) plan for further exploitation of the resource wealth of Venezuela. The Venezuelan government implements control by using environmental, regulatory and permitting policies. AS A HYPOTHETICAL MODEL. Km. 88 has only one operational Mine and Processing facility. This facility is to be upgraded and will increase throughput 4-5 times. One Processing Facility is easy to control and all infrastructure is all ready in place, (water, power, roads, etc., etc., etc.). SCJ ruling reverses all illegal ownership and rights of properties within Km. 88 and area. MEM or (Superintendency) will not issue any permits to construct any Processing Facilities within the Km.88 area because of environmental concerns. All processing will be done at the only permitted facility at Albino (KRY/MEAL). All concessions within Km. 88 will have to JV with KRY/MEAL or MINERA VENAMO C.A (70% KRY - 30% "New Superintendency") with 51% control by who ever (KRY/MEAL - Minera Venamo C.A) in order to mine and process the ore. This would give effectively total control over all of KM.88 and approximately 40 - 50 million plus oz. of AU. The beauty of all of this is that it's all there, in place, ready to role. They can start pouring gold bars in one week ....... instant cash flow. (KRY/MEAL have been pioneers and have gone on record in the development of an overall policy addressing most concerns from re-establishing the Natural Environment that has been destroyed by illegal mining to establishing modern Habitat and amenities for displaced Native populations.) IS THIS THE BIG PICTURE WE ARE WAITING FOR. Just a thought ..... but interesting is'nt it !!!!!!!! Happy thoughts With regards,Frank
