Hello Ralph, It was a surprise to me to see 32,000 share traded in December from an insider, who is also my father. He rarely sells any significant volumes, however, he often gives shares away to charities. In fact, I am quite sure he has given several multiples of shares away to charities than he has personally sold. That is his style. In any event, I will inquire with him. However, I thought the stock held up decently at the end of the year, especially compared to the recent downturn that is inexplicable to me. GJW
