Nice to hear from you again!

After a long time of uncertainty it was obvious that you were traveling a lot. It seems that you were very successful during this time.

Do you know the tamagotchi - the cyber pet?
I think sharesholders are like that. Sometimes they want to get amused, informed, they are having questions and if nobody is there who takes care of them they will "die". I think this is a very good analogy to what had happend during the last weeks. There were these acquisitions, this insider selling and according to this many questions remained open. With this increasing uncertainty more and more shareholders jumped off.

Now I have a long list of questions ... and I am sure some others will add more of them. If you find the time and you are allowed to answer them then I would appreciate your response.

1. How does your latest acquisition in Asia fit into your concept? in contrast to your other highly sophisticated products it seems that with lighting and motor run capacitors there are produced "low level" products. Do you intend to change the direction of this malaysian company into a high tech corporation?

2. Now ADTC is in the US, Europe and Asia. Aren't there coming up quite a lot of logistic costs for the reasons of traveling, telephone, special meetings to coordinate future directions three different kinds of lawyers in three countries etc.? Or will these companies mainly stand on their own with only a loose relationship to their mother company?

3. One question I wanted to ask a long time ago: ADTC is traded also on the stock exchange in Berlin. (By the way one time I tried to buy my shares there but it was impossible to get them because of the low volume there). What was the idea behind it to go there? Isn't it unusual for a relatively small company?

4. By the way, when are earnings coming out?

I want to stop here to give others the possibility to ask additional questions.

Many Thanks!

Ralph

Mr. Pres/ceo (Glenn),
I drove by the ADTC location in Taunton today which is located in one of the nicer industrial parks in Mass. Just a suggestion, how about putting a nice logo on the sign or building? We could take some input from the message board on ideas....... A globe in a brown n'serve bag? Little guy capicitor with a lightning bolt?.......What do you think?
