Good points. I did some buying and sent out an alert. Oddly, the zero revenue biotech company that I trade but don't have in the newsletter since volume is very low and I don't want competition... hit THREE buy levels last week and only filled the top two. Tiny fills from small traders. Today all three levels are still in the green. That might be a good sign. As for lumber... great point! With climate change, more hurricanes and fires will consume more power poles... so good for lumber but we're getting reamed with higher costs to burry the poles in the forests rather than just trim the trees and sell the wood... I guess we'll see how well that works during the next quake. Maybe I can get a major kitchen family room remodel at a reasonable price and time frame with my cash if this continues...
