Part of Da Cheif daily review of the 30 Dow stocks. Negative offsets assist in building the moving average up which is a bullish event.

I'm thinking todays selloff has given the market makers enough inventory to assign shares tomorrow on an up close.

If offsets still work in this market, the next two weeks will be upward and leave the most out of the market.

The way all really good advances like to do.

They need buyers at the top don't you know. <smile>

Brutal last 4-5 days - enough for a selling climax to go in I hope.

We SEE!

Bob

One can get put in SI jail to say too much that is negative that sensitive folks who read all I write then complain. Someone (not Bob!) uses it as a sales tool and has called bottom after bottom most of the way down... and said if he was wrong with one bottom call that he'd leave and did not... So my conclusion is it has some value for finding when to take profits and when to add to positions but BEWARE of putting more than a percent or two of a portfolio into what it has to say... i.e. wagering money.

BTW, I love your handle!

A slight modification would make it a place "Diegostan" which could be fitting if San Diego or most of CA suffers blackouts again this summer from lack of power if forest fire smoke blocks the sun and the solar can't provide enough electrons to keep the grid running.

I believe it is also a respectful way in Japanese to refer to someone named Diego, ie Diego-san.

but the most likely is you are from San Diego and turned it into a handle, Diegosan, that is easy to remember!
