Not good news for cube.

Why is the stock up on not so good news?
I don't know, maybe the street is not focusing on second or third tier deals.

InnovaCom Registration Becomes Effective with SEC; Securities
"Blue-Skied" for Secondary Trading in All 50 States

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1998--InnovaCom, Inc., announced today that its registration
statement on Form 10SB has become effective.

Consequently, InnovaCom is now a "reporting issuer" with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and,
pursuant to applicable federal law, is now exempt from state regulation requiring registration or qualification for secondary
trading in its securities. Pursuant to section 18(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, state "blue sky" laws regulating
the trading in securities of "reporting issuers" has been pre-empted by Congress avoiding the necessity of obtaining an
exemption in all 50 states for secondary trading. Innovacom's Form 10SB, which was filed with the Securities and exchange
Commission on December 12, 1997, became effective sixty (60) days after filing, or on February 10, 1998.

The effectiveness of the registration statement is a condition to the acceptance of an application with the National Association
of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") for the trading of InnovaCom's common stock on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Provided that all other conditions have been met, the Company intends to file an application with the NASDAQ Stock Market
to list its common stock on the small cap market as soon as practical.
