Thanks, Guys! This has been my experience so far also. That is why I set up this thread in order to see if the "non-obvious" sources of information existed for this company. I'm going to try to find out more, also. They are here in San Diego and I'll try now asking around.

FWIW here is the FreeEdgar page for HEPH filings:

freeedgar.com

It is a long address so it may not work. If not go FreeEdgar and search using Hollis Eden for the company name. HEPH doesn't work and neither does Hollis-Eden.
