Steve, how in the world can they know if we haven't seen the details? In general, convertibles are dilutive because they pay lower than market interest rates IF the underlying stock increases in price above the trigger price for conversion.

Now, I expect that NETA will use the proceeds to make another acquisition. At that point we will be able to assess what's likely to happen.
