Paul looks like we didn't hurt today. stk was down at first but seemed to come back. Perhaps more profit taking Wed. I think this will slow the down stock again. cnbc said it was dilutive.

Correction:ML did not say it was nondilutive,however the analyst Smith said he did not lower his earnings estimate because of it.A day earlier he had said that Dec98E $2.45 and 99E $3.20:Integratiojn between Mcafee and NG was proceeding very smoothly.Co.denied reports of a large loss of salespeople..only minimal loss.Also Suite sales(100% of all viral sales) is having an uplift affect of ASP.Sniffer market is only 5% penetrated-huge opportunity.Several large encryption deals are in the works..month or two...Steve
