The Court did not address what to do about it in this opinion. It simply declared the votes to be illegitimate. Obviously, you can’t kick a Biden out over it. But I think the Court was making a definitive statement t that ignoring the law as they did was entirely unacceptable. But in light of the 2000 Mules video, it is pretty clear there was widespread abuse. Next time we will be more prepared, hopefully, to swat these problems down before the election.
