Gene, I'm not certain, but, I'll show you how I arrived at that:

Leland's current holdings:

<<(5) SOLE VOTING POWER
NUMBER OF 1,123,569
SHARES>>

<<(11) PERCENT OF CLASS REPRESENTED BY AMOUNT IN ROW 9
3.3%>>

Then, Item 5 shows that he has "ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent"

<<ITEM 5. OWNERSHIP OF FIVE PERCENT OR LESS OF A CLASS

If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date
hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than
five percent of the class of securities, check the following [ X ].>>

Doing the math shows that to have dropped from 5% to 3.3% based on the shares outstanding on 12/31/97 (which is what was used in this form) Leland would have sold over 500000 shares and even more than that if he owned greater than 5% of the stock prior.

I may be way off base with my reading of this and I hope so. I'm certainly no expert in reading these documents. If someone else has some insight please share it.

Thanks,
Gary
