All things aside, VVUS is performing poorly today when a very good part of the market is suring ahead.

Hi Gary:

Do you know at what price Leland sold his shares? Or when?
Could it be before the crash? The filings take time and
probably reflects the production problems we already know
and hopefully gotten over. I wouldn't be surprised two months
from now we see another filing that these guys are BUYING
shares in Jan/Feb at low teens
