Mike, today's program trading (3 buys and 1 sell) looks suspicious to me. I know it is so easy to exert short squeeze. Do you think it is naive to think that was the intent behind these program trades. -g-

BTW, productivity numbers are correct for once. They came in at 2% vs expected 0.7%. -vbg-

Barry, Hopefully by April, but I am in for the duration. I chased this one from $63 to $95 in the original runup, and it was pretty frustrating. But that quick move to $17, with a lot of rallies in between allowing me to wheel and deal them, made it more than worthwhile. The last move from $17 to $60 and back down to $22 wasn't nearly as profitable, because I remembered how high the dum dums took it the time before. I was waiting for it to approach par before I took out a mortgage on my Clear Lake property to buy MU puts big time. Not this time, though. I have to remember to value MU on reality and not on the fact that once upon a time there was an idiot named Whittington and a sleaze named Vinick. -g- MB

LGND was on CNBC tonight and Breast Cancer news should be covered big time in the morning. Look for gap higher on the open. Details at home.att.net
(also has details of oral Panretin treatment of KS)

LGND's bid is already up to 15 1/2.

Joe Kernan just mentioned on CNBC this morning.
