DELL EARNINGS ESTIMATES FOR FEBRUARY 18th COB. A SPLIT YES or NO?

O.K. everybody lets start the bidding on Dell earnings and limit your forecast to one number not a range.

Also tell us if you are expecting Dell to have a stock split announced.

I'll keep track and post a summary early in the morning and in the evening.

Pat

S.O.S. [...---...]MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY

Can someone please explain what form of earnings is most critical for Dell? Non-diluted or diluted?

Should our estimates include both or is there a preference for on version?

What factors cause new calculations for the diluted earnings compared to last earnings cycle?

Thanks, Pat
