So Manchin rolled Biden again and Biden said to vote for the prescription bill, which I agree with, and he would go for climate change by executive action if he cannot get the congress to act on it. And there is the problem with Biden. If he can do it by executive action, just fucking do it. But many Democrats to their credit have insisted Biden do what he can now and it looks like he will. But he always has to be pushed, he seldom leads.
