There's a reason the call it "Climate Change" and "Global Warming". What the United States does isn't that important if the remaining 7.5 billion people aspire to drive gas powered Buicks. We'd be lucky to get half of our own people to give up their giant SUV's. The reality is that most people in this country only care about climate change if the solutions don't inconvenience them.
