When it was pointed out to Buttigieg that if the US reached Stumble's goal of replacing all the ICE cars with EVs, we'd need 25X the electric energy, he shrugged his narrow shoulders, smirked, and said well, that's why we have to upgrade the grid.

I think she’s trying to say that if members of a network use less energy (cool the chicken not to -22C but to -20 ) - more energy will be available for other users.

Do better with less. Something like that :)
