Hi kidl,

China is not a good example of global EV market share.

In China EV's are very inexpensive. TSLA is considered a luxury car.

In China the market leaders in unit count are very inexpensive basic vehicles.

The US has so many laws (based on safety equipment), that an inexpensive basic vehicle of any design is not possible.
