I believe we have a long Bull rally currently in progress. A new SPX Weekly Bull Cycle should get confirmed before the close of the month. The current projected low on this chart is the Weekly Bear Super Cycle (W-SC-1) which has been confirmed, but the projected low won't be reached this cycle.
