SC 13G/A (01/27/1998) this is slightly old.

sec.gov

statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date hereof
the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more
than five percent of the class of securities, check the following ( X )

i received a call from the firm that represents vytl's ir:

- expect a series of press release in the next week or two.

- earnings first week of march, will meet expectations

- european financing in place for expansion

- begun to resell bandiwth

- internal mgmt problems resolved (this is what caused the initial drop in price)

- sales force revamped in europe

- current 32 pops in europe, will double in the next year

- building own network in europe, and expect it to be profitable in year 2000 (this seems to aggressive to me)

- i called because of the abnormal amount of shares trading - she said vytl is still waiting for a reply on this: a 13g has been filed.
