Introduction Market Data Compact

Viatel is an international long distance telecommunications company with a presence in Europe, Latin America, the Pacific Rim and North America. The company had its IPO last year at $12. It has been increasing sales at a very rapid clip. The one broker that follows it has it targeted as a $20 stock, but it's currently trading around $7. Anyone have more information about this company?
