No installed base.

I've chased installed base; it's hard. That's what AMD has been doing. But there is a corner, which turned, is like a light switch.

AAPL had such a switch when they kicked out the hedge funds and brought Jobs back. It's hard, but most important is you have to be going in the right direction.
